The Naqshbandi teaching is "Seek a spouse who will help you in your spirtual journey --not someone for dunya," and be constant in the dua, Quran 25:74
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
وَٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَٰجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّـٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍۢ وَٱجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Munificent
And they who say: Our Lord, grant us from spouses and progeny that is the joy of our eyes, and make us among those who are aware of you (in everything).
